Allegations declined as Bishop Eddie Long photos arise

There are some Bishop Long photos which are coming to light. The photos in question were all allegedly received by the people suing Bishop Long. Bishop Long is a pastor of a really large church in Georgia. The new Birth Missionary Baptist Church claims over 24,000 members. Long was a mentor to various people over the years, and a number of boys from those programs are who are part of the Bishop Long scandal. It is alleged that Eddie Long, who had previously fervently preached against homosexuals, had engaged in inappropriate and predatory acts of a sexual nature with these men he mentored.

As outlined by Columbia Broadcasting System, the pictures surfaced not too long following the suit was filed against Eddie Long. The photos are surely of Bishop Eddie Long. They were allegedly sent by him to the boys suing him. Some of the pictures are certainly not official portraits. The pictures show Long posing in really tight fitting clothing. However, the attorney for the plaintiffs within the suit doesn’t believe the photos to be of a sex nature. The content is unknown, however it is known Long emailed the plaintiffs.

The suit is almost class action

A fourth person has joined the lawsuit against Bishop Long, as outlined by CNN. All allege the exact same thing. Long is designed to have used his position of power to coerce the men into sex. Long’s church also runs a mentoring program, and all four men were under his mentorship. Long and his attorney have strenuously denied all allegations. Long has been labeled a bigot past for his stance o n homosexuality. Long has also called for a nationwide ban on same sex marriages.

It will wait until his day in the court

The case is going to go in front of a judge. The church Bishop Long ministers to, is a 24,000 member mega-church. His sermons on Sunday routinely draw 10,000 members or more.
