Some people really need notice. Sometimes, the behavior is harmless enough; a person shaving their head for instance. Appearing in reality shows on MTV is an illustration of how some people make an effort to look pathetic. From time to time, individuals hurt themselves and other people with the choices they make to get notice. Bethany Storro was one of the harmful ones. She forever disfigured herself with precisely what she did. The tale she provided to the media about the acid face assault was a hoax.
Bethany Storro supposedly attacked
The news spread like wildfire when the story of Bethany Storro in Vancouver, Washington, came out about how she was disfigured by an attack. Supposedly, somebody just came up and threw acid on her face. The old saw of a young woman disfigured by acid seemed to have come true, and individuals really believed it. Bethany Storro, as outlined by CNN was admitted to the hospital on Aug. 30, and released Sept. 5. She claimed that a young African-American woman had asked her if she wanted anything to drink and threw acid in her face.
False story with acid attack
It was the perfect tale. It also was a cliché being used. The story was a lie. It was false. Police started realizing things did not add up as she was about to be released, states Time . It seemed like the acid burns were just applied carefully instead of just thrown on Storro. The type of acid getting used was identified, Sky News. It seemed like it was of the quality of sulfuric or hydrochloric acid. There were a lot of questions asked about all of this. She just admitted it was all a hoax. She was just pulling off a stunt like the balloon boy or a meat dress.
Paying the piper
Scars will stay on Bethany Storro till she dies. Also, she submitted a false police report. This means she will likely get charges for that as well. The hospital bills can have to be paid after she returns all donations she received.
